Let's Talk Health - Registration

Let’s Talk Health Bucks is a new public and patient forum that lets you have your say on local health services in your area and help shape them in the future.

We use it to run online consultations, surveys and engagement for Aylesbury Vale and Chiltern Clinical Commissioning Groups, which are responsible for commissioning most of your hospital and community health services.

We want to hear from you

Your views are crucial to us. We want to hear what issues are important to you and take your opinions into account when planning and commissioning new services or changing existing ones.

We want feedback from local people of all ages, backgrounds and cultures who use NHS services.

Registration only takes a few minutes

Once you are registered you will be able to see how your input has been used in the commissioning process.

Please take a few moments to register on Let’s Talk Health so we can keep you fully informed of the outcomes of our consultations, tell you about other consultations that might be of interest and prevent people from responding more than once.

During registration you will be asked to select which areas of health concern you most. These preferences can be altered at any time by logging into your account and clicking on the ‘My Profile’ section, or simply by contacting us.
